✨ Magic Creatures & Watercolour Worlds
Date: Monday 12 January, 10.30-12.30pm
Suitable: Kids aged approx 5 - 9 years old,
Materials: Watercolour, coloured pencil and oil pastels.
Location: Curious Creative Studio, Tallai road, Tallai. (Near Mudgeeraba soccer field)
In this imaginative workshop, young artists will create their own magical creature using watercolour and oil pastel techniques. We’ll explore wet-on-wet, colour blending, and playful pattern-making as children invent a creature, it's habitat and it's story. This class is offered for two different age levels and thus will be adjusted morning vs afternoon, on children's ability and skills.
Skills explored:
• Watercolour washes
• Oil pastel resist
• Creative storytelling through art
This session builds creativity and a love of creating — perfect for kids who enjoy fantasy, animals and bright colour.
Artwork to take home: One finished magical creature artwork on quality paper.
Background: Music to dance and sing along to.
Intro: Fun active games around the studio to get the group to know each other and get our creative vibes on.

DROP OFF: Please DO NOT arrive earlier than 5 minutes prior to start time as we need time to clean up and set up from other classes and to make this class setup look as awesome as possible.
PICK UP: During holidays when we have back to back classes, we need time in between classes for a break, as well as cleaning and setup.
Please pickup promptly at required time. If you are running late, just text 0410 662 465
CANCELLATION: Refunds not available however you can choose between full class credit valid for 12 months, or rebook into another school holiday class.
In the event of an unavoidable class cancellation, by The Curious Creative Studio, such as severe weather that would impact the surrounding area or studio, you will be fully refunded and notified asap.
