A class for animal lovers!!! Combining art with real animals!!
Children will learn how to sketch a giraffe in pencil using proportions and accurate scaling, then will love delving into their individual watercolour palettes to learn various techniques of paint application for cool effects.
Being a former Marine Animal Trainer - Laura loves animals!! During this session we'll talk alll about animals, their behaviour and habitats and Laura will share special stories from her zoo keeping days. Children will also be able to meet Laura's animals - two very friendly Swiss Shepherds LeBron and Athena, a Maine Coon kitten, Valentine and Laura's chickens! It's going to be a special day.

Fun active games around the studio to get the group to know each other and get our creative vibes on. Halfway through, special guests (Laura's animals) will make an appearance and children can visit the chickens.

DROP OFF: Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to start time as we often need time to clean up and set up from other classes, and to make this class setup look as awesome as possible.
PICK UP: During holidays when we have back to back classes, we need time in between classes for a break, as well as cleaning and setup.

CANCELLATION: Refunds not available however you can choose between full class credit valid for 12 months, or rebook into another school holiday class.
In the event of an unavoidable class cancellation, by The Curious Creative Studio, such as severe weather that would impact the surrounding area or studio, you will be fully refunded and notified asap.
